Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find new customers through cold calls, events, referrals, or field visits.
- Product Pitch: Explain card features, fees, rewards, and terms to fit client needs.
- Application Processing: Help clients fill out forms and check identity and income papers.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the bank or company.
- Customer Support: Answer client questions and help with basic after-sales service or card activation
