Business Loan Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, explaining business loan products, generating leads, coordinating documentation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and digital channels.
• Promote Business Loan, Working Capital, Overdraft (OD), Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products.
• Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
• Collect and verify customer documents.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Update customer data in CRM and submit daily sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate (Preferred)
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Business Loan, LAP, Working Capital, or Banking Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
