Business Development Manager- EarthNest & Luxus Location: Delhi NCR

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our luxury homes, facade, doors & windows, and architectural solutions business.

The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting architects, designers, developers, hospitality clients, and homeowners, while managing projects from lead generation to order closure.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through architects, designers, developers, consultants, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and industry professionals.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and project requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate between clients, design teams, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients and partners.
  • Update CRM, sales pipeline, and weekly activity reports.
  • Desired Skills2–7 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, interiors, facades, building materials, or related industries preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable with client meetings and site visits.
