International US Sales Specialist
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (Thane, Airoli, Vashi, Dombivli, Ghansoli – Candidates must reside within 5 km of these areas).
Process: US International Process (Night Shifts).
Department: International Sales & Collections.
Job Summary
We are hiring high-performing Sales and Customer Support professionals for our premium US process. If you have a background in international voice processes, exceptional English skills, and live near Thane or Navi Mumbai, we want you. You will drive revenue, manage client relations, or handle US collections in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch offerings to US-based clients.
- Negotiate and close international sales deals.
- Manage US collections and payment recoveries.
- Resolve complex customer queries over voice.
- Maintain high quality scores on calls.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in International BPO.
- Domain: Background in Sales, Customer Support, Telecom, or Collections.
- Shift: 100% flexibility for US night shifts.
- Language: Fluent, flawless spoken and written English.
- Geography: Residential address within 5 km of hiring hubs.
