Job Title: Store & Delivery Executive

Job Summary:

The Store & Delivery Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role requires good organizational skills, customer service, and safe delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, arrange, and maintain store inventory.
• Pack customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
• Update stock records and report low inventory.
• Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Collect cash or digital payments when required.
• Obtain customer delivery confirmation.
• Follow company policies and traffic safety rules.
• Report any store or delivery-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (for delivery duties).
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and billing.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps.
• Honest, punctual, and able to work in a team.
