Job Description
About Job Role
- As a Retail Sales Executive, your daily goal is to reach a set number of leads and engage prospects with charm and persuasion.
- Talk to customers, understand their requirements, and help them with the buying process.
- Build good relationships with customers and convince them to choose CARS24.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Regularly follow up with customers who have shown interest.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.
Training
- You will receive 7–15 days of training before starting your role.
- The training includes both classroom sessions and practical on-the-job learning.
- We will help you develop the skills needed to perform well in the role.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Any Graduate) is eligible to apply.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are confident in talking to customers.
- Have good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Are willing to learn and work in a target-based environment.
- Can regularly follow up with customers.
