About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. You'll assist customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat, helping them with enquiries, guiding them to the right products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Counsel customers and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
