About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic Marketing Executive who is ready to take on challenges, learn fast, and stay committed for long-term growth with Fresheco. • Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new B2B leads using Zoho CRM and field visits.
2. Pitch Fresheco products to wholesale buyers, distributors, and retailers.
3. Maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
4. Execute sales and marketing campaigns (offline + digital).
5. Manage Fresheco’s official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business):
6. Post 3 updates per week , Create 2 reels per week (product highlights, industry updates, success stories).
7. Respond to leads and engage with prospects online.
8. Represent Fresheco at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
9. Meet sales targets and submit weekly progress reports.
10. Work closely with the management team to learn business strategies and operations.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi/Marathi).
• Young, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• Social media handling & content creation (posts/reels).
• Negotiation and client-handling confidence.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite.
• Ability to adapt to Zoho One tools (training provided).
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Rules & Culture

• Work Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Saturday.
• Leave Policy: 2 paid leaves , per month.
• Discipline: Punctuality, confidentiality, and professional behavior are mandatory.

• Incentives: 5–10% sales commission + quarterly bonuses.

• After 5 years → 2% company shares.
• After 10 years → Additional 2% (total 4%).
