Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads and understand customer requirements.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with customers until booking closure.
- Coordinate with developers and the internal sales team.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site Ofice.
Salary: Fixed As per experience + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
