Job Description

  • Assist in developing and updating training modules for various functions.
  • Support the documentation and standardisation of all processes and procedures.
  • Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, and workflow documents for any activities.
  • Design quizzes, assessments, and tests to evaluate knowledge of all the functions.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and reference guides.
  • Maintain and organise company process documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with all the teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in training content and process documents.
  • Assist in knowledge management and continuous learning initiatives within the company.
