Job Description

The company is active seeking someone who has at least 1 year experiance of handling patients at a diagnostic center or at doctors clinic or at a pharmacy.



The day-to-day activities for this role include the below:

  1. Attending new patient enquiries telephonically
  2. Explaining packages
  3. Making invoices and scheduling meetings either on google meet or conference call
  4. Clear communication with patients
  5. Enter patients details in an online portal
  6. Attend patient queries quickly
  7. Corrdinate between patient and dietitian about their queries
  8. Posting social media information on whatsapp
  9. Maintaining follow up logs of all patients and providing timely intimation to patients about follow ups
  10. Timely reminders to be given to all patients


Training period for this job is 15 days (with salary).


Once the training is complete, candidate will be tested on th basis of their performance.


Candidates with good Engish, quick and strong communication ob whatsapp and computer skills (data entry in software) will be preferred.
