Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer support for our e-commerce brand.

Job Type: Work From Home (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹5,000/month + ₹2000 Incentive (On Performance)

  • Responsibilities: Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram & Mail
  • Handle order-related issues and customer complaints
  • Coordinate with courier/shipping partners
  • Maintain polite and professional communication
  • Update customer information and order status
  • Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
  • Must have a smartphone/laptop with an internet connection
  • Basic understanding of online shopping/eCommerce
  • Responsible and quick at replying to customers

Working Hours: Full-time (Flexible working time)
