Job Description
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and other sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
