Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day back office and administrative operations.
  • Update product rates, stock, and specifications on online portals and marketplaces.
  • Prepare quotations, price lists, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and order processing.
  • Handle portal inquiries, emails, and data entry tasks.


Requirements:

  • Decent knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience with online portals and data management preferred.
