Water Filter Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an "RO Water Purifier Technician" to join the "KAROFI" Company (20 Year Old) https://karofi.com/en. The technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining "home water purifiers" (not commercial systems). The role also includes identifying technical issues, replacing spare parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install water purifiers at customer locations.
2. Explain product usage and maintenance after installation.
3. Attend installation, service, and complaint calls assigned by the Service Manager.
4. Repair or replace faulty spare parts as required.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper working of the water purifier.
6. Follow company service guidelines and coordinate with the Service Manager when needed.
7. Submit a service report after every installation, demo, service, or repair visit.
8. Maintain good customer service and complete work on time.

Job Requirements:

1. The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass
2. Minimum 2 Experience in Service & Repair in Water filter Category/Range.
3. Knowledge of water purifier spare parts and their replacement.
4. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
5. Understanding of filtration systems, pumps, membranes, filters, and electrical components.
6. Ability to install, service, and repair water purifiers independently.
7. Basic customer handling and communication skills.
