Job Description
Electrical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair batteries, electric motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and throttle systems using multimeters and diagnostic software.
Mechanical Maintenance: Service standard bicycle parts, including hydraulic/mechanical brakes, gear shifters, chains, tires, and suspension systems.
Assembly & Firmware Updates: Build new e-bikes out of the box and install manufacturer firmware or software updates.
Customer Service: Explain technical issues and repair costs to customers, and provide safety or battery-charging best practices.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of completed repairs, warranties, and spare parts inventory.
