About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to help individuals begin their medical weight loss journey with MetaGo. This is a field sales role where you'll meet prospective customers at their homes, understand their health goals, explain the MetaGo program, and guide them through the consultation and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective customers at their homes and educate them about the MetaGo medical weight loss program.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their requirements and addressing their queries.
• Guide customers through the enrollment journey and assist them in completing the online payment process.
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience from the first interaction to successful onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in field sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable travelling locally and meeting customers at their homes.
• Ability to explain products and services in a simple and persuasive manner.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Basic smartphone and digital literacy to coordinate online consultations and payments.

Graduation preferred
