Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who wants to build real expertise in performance marketing and financial-services customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with numbers, and interested in generating actual business leads.

Your primary objective will be simple:

Generate relevant, genuine and high-quality leads for Optifin Advisors through digital channels.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Digital Lead GenerationAssist in generating leads for financial products and services.
• Run and monitor Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead-generation campaigns.
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns.
• Research relevant audiences and targeting opportunities.
• Test different creatives, audiences and campaign approaches.
• Monitor lead quality rather than focusing only on lead quantity.
• Identify which campaigns generate genuine prospects.
• Campaign ManagementMonitor daily campaign performance.
• Track leads, CPL and conversion metrics.
• Maintain campaign reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify underperforming campaigns.
• Suggest improvements to targeting, creatives and campaigns.
• Assist with basic retargeting campaigns.

Lead QualityWork with the sales team to understand:

• Which leads were genuine?
• Which leads were relevant?
• Which leads were interested?
• Which leads converted into conversations?
• Why were poor-quality leads generated?

Use this feedback to improve future campaigns.
