## Key Responsibilities## Inside Sales Support

* 

* Lead Management: Handle incoming B2B inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

* Client Coordination: Follow up with existing clients, provide product quotes, and confirm specifications for plastic moulds.

* Order Processing: Track orders from initial request to delivery, coordinating directly with production and dispatch teams.

* Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer records, price lists, and basic sales reports.

* 

## Marketing Execution

* 

* Campaign Coordination: Support marketing activities to promote our industrial manufacturing capabilities.

* Digital Outreach: Oversee company outreach via email campaigns, , and updates to product catalogs.

* Market Research: Gather feedback from buyers and research potential industrial clients to identify new market opportunities.

## Job Requirements & Skills

* 

* Background Preference: Prior experience in industrial manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or B2B sales sectors is highly preferred.

* Experience: 2–3 years of proven track record in telemarketing, customer coordination, or inside sales.

* Communication: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi to build rapport with commercial clients.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication for day-to-day data entry and reporting.
