Job Description

The Role

Your role will be managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Win: Secure new contracts by tracking tenders and networking.
  • Technical Consulting: Interpret project drawings and collaborate with our engineering team to provide accurate, competitive bids.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with main contractors and developers to ensure repeat business.
  • Market Growth: Stay ahead of regional construction trends and competitor activity.
  • Skills: Ability to read blueprints/CAD drawings and present technical value propositions.
  • Drive: A self-starter who thrives on hitting revenue targets and managing a high-volume pipeline.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to job sites and client offices (valid driver’s license required).
