📢 Hiring: HR Recruiter
📍 Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (Based on Experience)
- Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
