ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

An established Mumbai-headquartered technical-textiles manufacturer is strengthening its recruitment team. These positions offer exposure to hiring across manufacturing, engineering, technical and corporate functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing through offer acceptance and joining.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other relevant channels.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, notice period and suitability.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers and hiring closures.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and stakeholder updates.

• Senior and Team Lead candidates will additionally mentor recruiters and drive team performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant hands-on recruitment experience for the position applied for.

• Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and candidate sourcing.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and follow-ups independently.

• Manufacturing, engineering or recruitment-consultancy experience is preferred.

• Direct team-handling experience is mandatory for Team Lead applicants.
