About the Role
Swiggy Instamart is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiters to recruit and onboard delivery partners. The role involves field sourcing, candidate follow-ups, onboarding, and achieving daily/weekly hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Instamart delivery partners.
Conduct field-level candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
Follow up with prospective candidates and convert them into delivery partners.
Create rider IDs and complete the end-to-end onboarding process.
Explain incentives, policies, earnings, and other benefits to candidates.
Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment reports and documentation.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding and deployment.
Requirements
Experience in field recruitment, field sales, or delivery hiring is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing/persuasion skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Android smartphone is required.
Comfortable working in the field and in a target-based environment.
10th / 12th pass or any graduate can apply.
Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with people.
