📌 Responsibilities / Kaam kya hoga?
* Instamart Delivery Partners ki recruitment aur onboarding karna
* Field sourcing aur candidates ka follow-up lena
* Rider IDs create karna aur onboarding process complete karwana
* Candidates ko incentives, policies aur earning structure samjhana
* Daily aur weekly hiring targets achieve karna
* Reports aur documentation maintain karna
* Operations team ke saath coordinate karna
📋 Requirements / Konsi cheezein zaroori hain?
* Two-Wheeler (Bike) & Valid Driving License MANDATORY (Zaroori hai) 🛵
* Smartphone (Android) hona zaroori hai 📱
* Field work aur target-based role ke liye comfortable hona chahiye
* Good communication aur convincing skills
* Field Recruitment / Field Sales / Delivery Hiring ka experience (Preferred)
* Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate aavedan kar sakte hain
