JOB DESCRIPTION.
grace paradise is looking for a proactive and details- oriented guest experience and oprations coordinator to menage guest communication and daily property opration. the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfertable using a laptop and smartphone, and be able to a multitask in a fast paced hospitality environment
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
maintain daily guest records and booking details, collect and verify guest id proofs before check in , Response promptly to guest inquiries on Airbnb, Whatsapp and other booking platforms, Follwup with guest after checkout and request for reviews, co ordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure property are clean and guest ready, Menage listing calenders pricing, availability, photos and property information.
