Job Description
- Role Overview: Act as the primary link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals.
- Core Goal: Promote products, drive prescriptions, and meet assigned sales targets within a specific territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Detailing: Schedule and conduct regular visits with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff to present drug benefits, usage, and safety data.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based connections with medical professionals.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and local prescription trends.
- Reporting: Submit daily call reports (DCR) and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Promotional Events: Help organize or attend medical conferences, seminars, and product launch
Key Skills
Communication: Ability to explain complex medical facts in simple terms.Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion and active listening skills.
Organization: Excellent time management to plan daily route schedules.
