About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to identify emerging real estate markets, analyze market trends, and generate new business opportunities across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The candidate will be responsible for conducting on-ground market research, interacting with property owners, landlords, housing societies, brokers, developers, and other local stakeholders to identify potential investment, acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-ground market research across Mumbai and MMR micro-markets.

- Analyze property demand, supply, pricing trends, rental potential, and upcoming developments.

- Identify potential properties, redevelopment opportunities, land parcels, and emerging business locations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, housing societies, brokers, and developers.

- Visit different locations to gather authentic market intelligence and verify property information.

- Identify new business leads and convert opportunities into actionable proposals.

- Track competitor activities, market movements, infrastructure developments, and investment trends.

- Prepare market research reports, opportunity assessments, and regular business development updates.

- Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate and follow up on potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Real Estate, Business Management, Marketing, or Finance will be an advantage.

- 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, property consultancy, market research, or business development.

- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Good knowledge of Mumbai and MMR real estate markets.

- Ability to conduct field visits and collect reliable ground-level information.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify commercial opportunities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and preparing reports.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
