Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Home Sales Team Lead to drive JioFiber business growth, manage sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end JioFiber business operations at the unit/territory level.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability as per business requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance management to the team.
• Achieve FTTH sales targets at the unit, territory, and individual levels.
• Drive sales through multiple channels, including General Trade and sales partners.
• Execute customer acquisition, engagement programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Secure building and society permissions to facilitate business growth.
• Maintain the desired Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and manage escalations and unforeseen situations.
