We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with daily operations, client coordination, and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients for daily activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Manage customer follow-ups, emails, and documentation.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales pipelines.
- Coordinate orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales and internal teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Experience in CRM tools and sales documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in IT, SaaS, or B2B sales coordination is an advantage.
