About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves driving sales of medical devices, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding the company's presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and customer follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share relevant market feedback.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update the team on business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, hospital sales, or B2B field sales are encouraged to apply.
