Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to grow our client base. In this role, you will meet prospective customers face-to-face, present our products/services, build lasting relationships, and drive sales targets in your assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Visits & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through direct field visits, cold outreach, and market research.
• Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to highlight their benefits.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new customers.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate prices, finalize sales agreements, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Market Insights: Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to share with management.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of client visits, follow-ups, and pipeline status in the CRM or sales ledger.
• Requirements & QualificationsHigh school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or retail sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Familiarity with the local geographical region and market dynamics.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) required.
