Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts & Purchase Executive to manage Purchase Orders (PO), Vendor Management, Invoice Processing, Procurement, MIS Reporting, and Accounts Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) & Purchase Indents (PI)
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, invoices, and payments
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records
• Verify and process vendor invoices
• Coordinate with the Finance team for payment processing
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Track procurement and marketing budgets
• Maintain purchase records and operational documentation
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Marketing teams

Eligibility:

• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP software
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
