Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Guidance: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan executives/telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Lead Pipeline & Operations: Oversee lead allocation, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure smooth loan processing from lead generation to disbursement.
- Client & Bank Coordination: Coordinate with partner banks, NBFCs, and credit teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loan applications.
- Performance Tracking: Track team KPIs, review daily calls/conversions, and implement strategies to improve loan approval rates.
- Training & Onboarding: Train new team members on product details (Personal Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans), objection handling, and sales tactics.
- Key Requirements & SkillsExperience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in loan sales / Direct Selling Agency (DSA) setup, with prior team handling experience.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP).
- Skills: Excellent team management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
