Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Marketing Executive (Male) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and bringing service contracts from corporate offices, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, commercial establishments and other organizations across the Tricity.
The candidate will visit potential clients, understand their facility management requirements and promote our services, including:
- Housekeeping & Cleaning Services
- Security Guard Services
- Pest Control Services
- Manpower Outsourcing
- Pantry & Facility Management Services
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
- Identify companies and establishments requiring facility management services.
- Meet HR, Admin, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads and develop new client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate for quotations/proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into service contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales and contract acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Tricity market.
- Candidate RequirementsMale candidates only.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Sales/marketing experience in facility management, housekeeping, security, manpower outsourcing or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula (Tricity) market will be an advantage.
Main ObjectiveThe primary responsibility is to generate new leads, acquire clients and bring service contracts for Meticulous Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
