Working Days: Monday–Friday

Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven HR Operations & MIS Analyst to manage HR operations, HRMS, employee data, MIS reporting, dashboards, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

The ideal candidate must be strong in Advanced Excel and HR data management and should be able to independently prepare reports, analyze data, and create HR dashboards.

This is not a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Manage attendance, leave, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage and analyze HR data for management reporting.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs.
• Create Excel reports using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
• Use Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Excel Dashboards for data analysis.
• Identify data discrepancies and maintain high data accuracy.
• Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools to improve reporting and HR process efficiency.
• Support HR process improvement and automation.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations & HR MIS / HR Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with HRMS such as GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
• Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Experience using AI tools / Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• Power BI / Power Query / Power Automate knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR or HR Analytics is an advantage.
