Performance Marketer – Job Description
Role: Performance Marketer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.
- Manage budgets and improve CPL/CPA and overall campaign efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Skills Required: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, campaign optimization, lead generation, and strong data-analysis skills.
