Job Description

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other marketplaces.

Upload and update product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and SKUs.

Manage daily online orders and coordinate with the production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.

Handle customer enquiries and provide product-related information.

Follow up on orders, returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.

Conduct competitor and market research to improve product pricing and listings.
