Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handle and manage the online sales team.

 Conduct daily morning strategy meetings.

 Train and motivate team members on stock market products.

 Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.

 Support team members in client acquisition and revenue generation.

 Conduct client meetings along with team members.

 Ensure compliance with KYC & SEBI regulations.

 Promote Equity, Mutual Fund, and financial products.


DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

 Minimum 1 year experience in Stock Market / Broking Industry.

 Strong knowledge of Equity, Commodity & Mutual Funds.

 Leadership and team handling skills.

 Good communication and client relationship skills.

 Target-oriented and self-motivated.
