Export Purchase Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the sourcing strategy across product categories.
• Identify and onboard vendors across domestic and international regions.
• Lead category expansion supply chain readiness.
• Build a vendor ecosystem that supports Apex's growth ambitions.
• Design and execute a multi-region sourcing strategy aligned with Apex's new product category roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors across domestic regions (South, West, North, East India) and relevant international markets.
• Conduct vendor capability assessments — quality, capacity, compliance, pricing, and lead time.
• Build a preferred vendor panel with tiered engagement structures (strategic, transactional, contingency).
• Continuously explore alternate sourcing geographies to de-risk supply concentration.
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize pricing, SLAs, and contractual terms with vendors.
