Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Call and follow up with interested leads.
  • Understand clients' health concerns and guide them about our programs.
  • Build trust and maintain professional communication.
  • Book consultations and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Maintain lead records and follow-up status in CRM.


Requirements



  • Excellent communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi (Basic English preferred).
  • Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Counselling is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
