Medical Representative (MR)

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
• Meet doctors and generate prescriptions for assigned products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability at chemist counters.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
