Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Officer – Store Purchase to manage day-to-day store and purchase activities, ensuring timely availability of materials and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day store and purchase operations.
• Raise and process material requisitions and purchase requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely material receipt.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and required specifications.
• Maintain proper GRN, stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and identify material shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts and other departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to purchases and inventory.
• Support periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage and systematic handling of materials.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Store & Purchase processes.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and material planning.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP will be an advantage.
• Good follow-up, negotiation and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in Hand Tools, Power Tools, Fasteners, Automotive, Pumps or Agriculture Components will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
