Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Marketing Executive to manage the daily procurement of market goods, coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely availability of materials required for business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain good supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase required market goods on a daily basis as per company requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules .

Compare quotations and select the best suppliers based on quality, price, and availability.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse to avoid stock shortages.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

Conduct regular market surveys to identify new products, vendors, and pricing trends.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements.

Prepare daily and monthly purchase reports for management.
