About Us
Kusum Tradex Pvt Ltd (KTPL) is aN industrial packaging and warehouse solutions trading company. We've been in business for 39 years, serving manufacturing and logistics customers across Punjab with stretch-wrapping systems, coil packaging, storage solutions, and preventive maintenance contracts.
The Role
Own and grow sales across assigned territories (Ludhiana, Moga, Malerkotla, Fatehgarh, Ferozpur, Bathinda). Visit prospects and existing customers, conduct equipment demos, close deals, and upsell preventive maintenance contracts.
What You'll Do
- Visit assigned prospects weekly from a verified TAM database (250+ manufacturing/logistics companies)
- Conduct on-site equipment demos and capability presentations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and rental/purchase agreements
- Close equipment sales, rentals, and AMC (annual maintenance contracts)
- Coordinate with our service team on customer installations and follow-ups
- Build recurring revenue through upselling preventive maintenance
- Maintain weekly pipeline reports and forecast accuracy
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales experience (manufacturing, equipment, or distribution preferred)
- Proven ability to manage territory independently
- Comfortable with field travel and self-scheduling
- Hindi/Punjabi + English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
