Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with interested leads.
- Understand clients' health concerns and guide them about our programs.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication.
- Book consultations and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status in CRM.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Counselling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
