Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and inter-department coordination.
  • Perform data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and reports.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
  • Analyze business and finance data and provide useful insights.
  • Use AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and daily office work.
  • Coordinate with the production team and maintain basic records related to production activities.
  • Should have basic knowledge of garment production processes and production line operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information and work.

Qualification & Skills:

  • BCA / B.Com / Finance-related degree preferred.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools.
  • Basic understanding of garment production and factory operations.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
