Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory production activities.
• Manage and guide production workers.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor product quality and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
• Allocate work and monitor employee attendance and discipline.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
• Maintain daily production and inventory records.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train new workers on production processes and safety procedures.
• Reduce material wastage and improve productivity.
• Report daily production status to management.

• Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Office).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field preferred).
• 2–5 years of factory or production supervision experience.
