Job Description

The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing prompt and effective technical assistance to customers through phone, email, chat, or remote support. The role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, guiding customers with product installation and configuration, logging and tracking support tickets, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring timely resolution while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
