Job Title: Travel Consultant

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in travel sales or as a travel consultant.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in planning and booking travel packages.
  • Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Provide information on destinations, flights, hotels, and tour packages.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
