Operation Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, inventory, customers, and service activities. The role requires maintaining records, supporting customer deliveries, and ensuring efficient operational processes.

• Manage daily showroom operations and administrative activities.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle and battery deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records of E-Rickshaws, batteries, spare parts, and accessories.
• Track stock movement and report shortages to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely deliveries.
• Maintain customer records, warranty documents, and service files.
• Schedule vehicle deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery, documentation, and service.
• Coordinate with the service team for customer complaints and warranty cases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure proper filing of documents and compliance with company procedures.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency.
